Conflict scope widens, threat of economic warfare

Liuli Sovereign Capital (FOXV) has issued a statement escalating the conflict in response to coordinated economic pressure following the Promitor takeover. In the statement, FOXV rejected the notion of neutral parties, asserting that any organization engaging through sanctions, political alignment, or economic pressure would now be considered part of the conflict.

"There is no longer any such thing as an 'unrelated party.'"

The statement warns that any organization which continues to apply pressure or take action against FOXV will be considered active participants rather than neutral observers.

“Any organization that places itself in opposition to us will be included within the scope of future operations.”

Retaliatory Action on the Horizon

FOXV outlined potential retaliatory measures targeting planetary development including taxation, market disruption, and sustained economic pressure.

“We will commit sufficient personnel to sustained operations… until their public facility levels, population scale, and accumulated development progress are brought completely to zero.”

“Such measures will include… maximum taxation, disabling local market function, and precise economic strikes.”

External Organizations Responsible

FOXV framed the escalation as a response to external interference, arguing that the conflict had expanded beyond its original scope due to the actions of other organizations.

“This is both a warning and a boundary.”

FOXV further placed responsibility on those organizations, stating "all resulting consequences will be borne by those who chose to intervene."

The statement potentially positions FOXV in opposition to large swaths of settled space.
